Hi everyone! Welcome to the official whimsiekids website! It means so much to me that you took the time to show some support to my small business! If you fon't know me, hi! My name is Bethany and I am the owner and founder of whimsiekids. Growing up in a family the size of a small country, I have never had a shortage of children in my life. One of my favorite things of my nieces, nephews, and family friends is watching how they can create their own worlds and how anything they touch is magical in their eyes. I started whimsiekids to honor that youthful innocence that only children seem to understand. Whimsiekids is not just a brand, but part of my growing mission to put an end to gender norms. I truly believe that gender is what we choose to make of it and I admire how children are able to so unapologetically be themselves. Whimsiekids is designed to cater to anyone at any age and of any gender! I don't want people to think that only girls can play with fairy wands, and my goal is to create a safe space for any child to allow themselves to be free and happy in whatever way they choose to identify. I am starting small here with my handmade sustainable wands, but have so many big plans and ideas to grow this business and I cannot wait to share them all with you, but for now, thank you for the support and welcome to the whimsiekids fam!
